“ Passed this place a ton of times but never made it in. Today they had their sign and Paella was back. I’m so upset that I’ve been missing out on this place for so long. It’s build your own paella. From walking into the front entrance to the chef and server, service was fantastic. Nothing fake, nothing forced, just pure good hospitality. I work down the street and this place was open for lunch and the prices are more than reasonable. Portion size was great and the flavor was so delicious. Definitely will be coming back with friends and family. The atmosphere is very light, great music, the decor and space to eat is wonderful as well. I did sit indoor but if you’d like some fresh air, there is outdoor seating available. I had chicken shrimp sausage paella and all the flavors were there. The rice was cooked correctly and everything mixed very well. The chef was friendly, informative, and quick with the order. Overall 10/10 in my books ”

“ The hostess guy at this restaurant was excellent even from before we decided to go there and were hustling passing by. He made eye contact and was very personable. The food was tasty and the service was beyond expectations. I decided to try the spicy margarita however it was to spicy they tried to tone it down and didn’t work. The manager came back and offered another drink to replace I decided for straight margarita and went above and beyond to make my drink perfect. Everybody was so nice the waiter, the bartender.. we had a great time, good food and a great drink ”

“ Came by here off the Riverwalk. Only had a little bite for two people. Service was fantastic, staff was attentive and thoughtful on a Saturday night service. Ribeye was perfectly cooked to order with the meat on the rare side while the fat was well rendered towards medium. Best of both worlds on the cook. Had a great demi-glace to accompany it. Even my partner who NEVER dips in sauces was loving this demi-glace. Wine pairing provided was thoughtfully selected to match with a nice tannin content to cut the fat. Had a Pisco Sour alongside the meal that was delightfully balanced with sweetness and acidity. Locro appetizer was a well balanced stew/soup and a delightful start to the whole meal with an abundance of squash. Would recommend! ”

“ Interesting find. It’s the only Argentine restaurant in San Antonio, so you’ll find an unique cuisine in downtown by the Riverwalk. Located on the second floor of the Valencia hotel, the restaurant gives off elegance vibes. Waiters are well dressed and give great service. As usual in many Argentine restaurants, you have a long list of domestic and imported wines to choose from. Also house cocktails that were good as well. Food tasted great especially the house made chimichurri sauce. Worth a visit if you’re staying at this hotel or visiting the Riverwalk. ”

“ We ate here for Thanksgiving. We were greeted right away and they gave us a quick tour of the different stations for the food. We sat down and our server took our drink order. Antonio our server was very attentive and fun. We enjoy the music provided by Terry who was fantastic on the guitar. We met Chef Bryan who checked to make sure everything was to our liking. We had Antonio the director come by to make sure everything satisfactory. The food was amazing they had prime rib which was so delicious, the pork from the roasted pig was tasty but the turkey was cooked to perfection, the meat was moist and full of flavor. The sides were just as amazing the cornbread stuffing, cranberries, garlic mash potatoes but the star of that was the sweet potatoes with butter pecan. They had oysters on the half shell, crab claws, smoked salmon and bagels with smear. Many different salads available the two I tasted were so delicious. They had a breakfast station with omelets made right in front of you. The omelets were cooked to perfection and so delicious. The desserts were all very delicious, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple pie, chocolate cake, and assorted brownies, but the star of that table was the bread pudding. All the wait staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. We plan on making this and annual tradition. ”
